Overall Organization

The goal of Overall Organization is to clear the area/room of clutter, enabling functionality. Overall Organization is achieved in two steps.

Step 1 - An area/room is reserved as the gathering location. The gathering location is set up with labeled storage bins that are used to separate items in the contracted area/room.

Step 2 - Using a wagon or utility cart, HTR loads the transport with items from the contracted area and transfers the items to the gathering location. Each item is separated and placed in the appropriate storage bin.

Example: The contracted area/room is filled with clothing, shoes, paperwork, and books. After Overall Organization, the gathering location will have four neatly stacked covered labeled storage bins. One bin is filled with clothing. One bin is filled with shoes. One bin is filled with paperwork and the last bin is filled with books.

(Once Overall Organization is complete, the client may purchase Detailed Organization service.

Detailed Organization

Detailed Organization continues to separate the items in the labeled storage bins. Detailed Organization is achieved in two steps.

Step 1 - Smaller storage bins are set up in the gathering location with appropriate labels.

Step 2 - HTR further separate the items in the contracted storage bins.

Example: The storage bin labeled clothing is filled with a mixture of socks, shirts, pants, and skirts. HTR categorizes each item, placing them in their own labeled smaller storage bin. After Detailed Organization, the gathering location will have four neatly stacked smaller labeled storage bins. One bin is filled with socks. One bin is filled with shirts. One bin is filled with pants and the last bin is filled with skirts.

(Once Detailed Organization is complete, the client may purchase Fine Detailed Organization service.)

Fine Detailed Organization

The goal of Fine Detailed Organization is to make the contracted items (items in the contracted storage bin) usable and accessible.

Example: Continuing with the storage bin of shirts, Fine Detailed Organization washes and dries, hangs, and or folds each shirt.
